So I failed my 1 hour test and today I took the 3 hour and didn’t make it due to throwing up an hour in. And they told me to watch what I eat until I can test again. And suggestions on what to eat for meals and snacks. Thank you!!!

The GD diet is basically low carb (30-45 grams per meal, lower at breakfast and less than 15 grams for snacks) and high protein/fat. I eat lots of meat, cheese, eggs, nuts, etc.
