Baby must haves ?

I consider myself a very simple mom , never wanted a nursery for my babies because they grow so fast and all the fancy gear .  But I feel extremely unprepared... I got a crib , car seat , diaper bag , clothes of course , rockers for baby to nap in , boooy pillow ... anything I’m missing?

Tummy time play mat? Changing pad (if you’re minimalist you may want to just get one of those clutches or a fold up pad from amazon. Unfortunately my diaper bag didn’t come with one, so I had to buy it separately.) One of those first months starter kit (nasal bulb, clippers, thermometer, etc)? And a tub or one of those seats for bath time?

I like that sling back chair thing where the baby gets clipped in at an angle and can kick their legs to rock themselves. Is great for any time they are awake but you need your hands and they’re too little to sit up on their own. I put my babies in that while I shower/eat/get ready in the AM and use it for almost the entire first year.

I think you need a carrier or pack-n-play/bouncer seat/play gym. Somewhere to put the baby when they are awake. But I am a ftm so I don’t really know.
