Before labor?

Does everyone have diarrhea before labor? I did have it the day of and day before with my first and second babies but it was only like once or twice. This third one I’ve been on iron so I’ve actually been constipated. But does it happen to everyone?

Ive had this on and off for the past few weeks and i am 37+3. Im not dilated or anything. Baby girl has dropped tho. I have a c section scheduled for aug 13th. Dr told me the hormones in the third trimester along with iron in the prenatals will cause diarrhea and its not related to labor. Hope this helps.

I was on iron with my first and also constipated but still ended up having diarrhea that night and my water broke at 4am. Now I’m wondering if I’ll have it with this baby as well.

Did not have diarrhea, but I was going pretty regularly. At least once a day, occasionally more.
