A day late

My husband and I have been trying for 2 months to get pregnant. According to Glow, I’m a day late. I took a test two days ago and it said not pregnant. Yesterday I had some very sharp cramps but they only happened 3 times. I was sure I was about to start but AF is still a no show. Any advice?
