Need some advice on periods after missed miscarriage please...

I had MVA surgery on the 22nd June for my MMC and then had to go back on the 13th July for medical management as I had retained products. I bled for a few days after and even passed a couple of clots. I had thought it was all away as I haven’t bled for a week now, however today I felt a gush and a lot of blood came out but no clots. I’ve also been having pains in my right and left lower abdomen, almost feels like it’s my ovaries 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m not sure if that’s more of the retained products or if it’s my period? Is that too soon for my period to come back?
