Nipple Piercing: Do it, or don't?!

Question

I'm thinking about getting my nipples pierced to try and boost my confidence.   But... I'm scared lol can anybody tell me about theirs and tell me how bad it hurts and when it hurts the most? Just anything you could tell me would be great. Thanks!

Just got mine done a few days ago and I love them! I’ve had no issues wearing a bra and haven’t had any pain. The piercing itself is a quick pinch. I thought about getting them done for six months before I actually did it. But I’m so happy I did

Got mine done nearly 2 months ago now healing isn’t that bad & they look super cute. I never had a problem wearing bras ect they just kinda ache for a few days and if you bang them while they’re healing can be kinda sore but other than that they’re fine sometimes i forget i have them and it’s a pleasant surprise 😊😊

The only pro’s to my nipple piercings were that they looked great. Other than that I was not a fan and took them out after a year. The process wasn’t too bad getting them pierced but they hurt a month straight after, it was worse because I couldn’t wear a bra or anything or even sleep on my front for a while. Another thing was they constantly got caught on either my hair or my straps from my top. They also constantly got infected every few weeks even though I was cleaning them regularly and I got to the point where it just wasn’t worth it and I took them out. The day after I took them out I was taken to a&e; with a stabbing pain just behind my left nipple and was prescribed antibiotics, now It’s been almost 4 months and I’m so glad they’re out lol. I know most people love them but they just weren’t for me.

I’ve had my nipples pierced for about 10 years. I love them. They didn’t increase my nipples sensitivity or any other bs people claim. But they look good and make me feel hot. 
The only part about the piercing I thought was painful was the nipple clamps. The healing to be very complete is long. Don’t play with them before you’re supposed to and clean them by the instructions of your piercer. I have had issues with mine where I had to go back to cleaning them because of jewelry being too small or too tight. They need space to breathe.

I had mine done like a year before I had a baby to boost my confidence and I LOVED them. The healing process wasn’t too bad and it only hurt for a minute after they did it. I think the clamps hurt the worst. I had to take them out for my pregnancy and to breast feed. But I got them redone a few months ago and I’m so happy I did. They are my favorite piercing that I have.
