Just eat better and excersise. But Keto is probably the healthiest. I wouldn’t do any fad diets. Those are horrible, lol. Just love your body!

I do intermittent fasting. I eat from 11am to 7pm and only drink water, black coffee or tea from 8pm to 11am. (no food or sweetener in your drinks). Majority of that fasting time I'm asleep or busy at work so it's easy for me but it's not for everyone.

just eat healthy, but not like a diet and do exercise; such as, 4 times during the week, oh and, if you want to lose weight the you should do aerobic stuff like running. You can eat things that are not so healthy but just a little bit and not all the time. sometimes when you try a diet for a time, you go back to eatting bad so just eat healthy and make it part of your daily routine and control the quantity.
