PSA: Choking

My son choked today. It's my fault - I should have told his aunt that he couldn't have the candy. I thought it would be okay cause he's almost three and sucks on candy all the time. I was wrong. I am so thankful I have the training I need to help children who choke - it arguably saved his life. For those who think "it can't happen to me," trust me. It can. Get the training you need to help save a life. Even if you don't have kids, get trained. You never know what you may run across.
