Yolk Sac

So I am 4w4d and had an US this morning. (I’ve had two MC’s and ectopic and have to go away for a long weekend so they wanted to examine me to make sure it wasn’t another ectopic.) Is seeing the yolk sac a good sign? Can’t believe I actually got an US picture. Even that feels like a victory. HCG was 828 on Monday and today it was 1742!
