help me. i dont know how to navigate any of this. i was suspected to be around 6-8wks pregnant. i was supposed to get my dating scan this friday. we were talking names and hoping for a girl (we have 4 boys) and then sunday while were doing my middles 4th bday festivities i start spotting. and then bleeding. so i got to the ER and my hcg was only 164 and ultrasound showed no gestational sac. they had me come back yesterday for a repeat and my hcg was 119 :( ive been having the heavy bleeding and definitely a lot of clots. and im so devastated. ive had healthy pregnancies, ive had healthy babies, why did this happen? i know theres no real answer for that but it just keeps popping into my head. how long can i expect the bleeding to last?
