Breast milk supply question..

I'm 2wks pp and I've been slacking.. My sons are in the NICU and I'm pumping atleast every 2 hours but i often see myself slacking at night. i don't get up to pump and i blow it off. Now I'm dealing with the consequences of low supply.. what can i do to increase it back?
