How do you guys tend to know for a fact that your period is coming ? Like what symptoms ??

how do people have so little pms symptoms. i usually have like a mental breakdown the week or so before, cramping a few days to a week before, increasingly bad headaches a few days before, increased nausea and dizziness, i get mood swings and increased general pain, its harder to focus, a general feeling of disgustingness, sleeplessness, fatigue. theres no surprise for me. i can feel my period coming from a mile away.

I never got any symptoms before getting it. I always woke up with a period. It was always a surprise. I ended up using a period tracker and it was always accurate. That was the only way I knew it was coming lol

I get cramps a few days before hand and I often spot the day before as well
