TTC impatient

hey ladies. im 22 and my fiance is 30 with a son already. we have been wanting to get pregnant for over a year now but havent really tried but havent prevented it either. just a week ago i found out my thyroid is back on track and my female organs are healthy and looking good. i immediately couldn't wait to conceive. I feel pregnancy symptoms but i think im just looking for a excuse to be pregnant lol has anyone else had a thyroid problem and how long did it take for u to conceive after it was doing better?
