weight gain?
I am a pretty heavy girl, I'm about 259 but the thing is that's when I last weighed myself and its only been about 4 days that I haven't worked out but from those four days to now I checked the scale and it read 265, now I've been trying to eat healthy I had about only two cheat days, out of the four but now I gained weight again, thing is I started to gain the weight as soon as I got my period two days ago, today is when it just stopped and then I weighes myself i weigh 265, so my question is how the hell did I gain weight so fast?
