Hi ladies, just found out I have pregnancy induced choleostasis. This is when bike salts can’t leave the body because hormones like estrogen and progesterone are super high at this point.

Wondering if anyone else has had this or has it. I now have to get blood work every doctors appointment to check for bile salts in my blood and take ursodiol. I also have to be induced between 37 and 38 weeks.... 😩😩😩

Not what I planned, but so excited to meet me son. I just turned 35 weeks today and was originally due August 29.. 💙

Symptoms that I noticed were:

Super itchy feet and hands with no rash

Slightly darker urine (for me this is yellow)

Slight jaundice in the eyes

Nauseous/ loss of appetite

Light pain in upper right quad of stomach

Apparently this happens to 1-2 pregnant women in every 1000. There are no real markers and my pregnancy has been super healthy otherwise...
