i have this comforter i recently got blood on it and didn’t realize, how do i treat the spot? can i use bleach partially?

I'd try peroxide or a stain remover.

Here's some help from "Good Housekeeping": (1) If the stain is fresh, soak in cold water or use an eyedropper to apply hydrogen peroxide directly to the stain. For dried stains, brush the stain well to remove the surface deposit, and then pretreat or soak in cool water with a laundry product containing enzymes. (2) Launder. (3) If the stain remains, then rewash using fabric-safe bleach.

peroxide on the spot and then wash. I have used oxy clean in the wash and its come right out :)
