Is this considered bloody show? Or typical discharge after a membrane sweep(TMI PHOTO)

Hi ladies, I had my membranes stripped yesterday at my due date appointment, and had some bright red spotting directly after(not much), and then this morning about 16 hours after the sweep I had this. I know brown(old blood) discharge is common afterwards, but this has mucus in it as well. I also had some pink blood come out a bit and now nothing. Been cramping all day on and off but nothing consistent😩I am starting to think since I was 1.5cm dilated it might not have worked great. But just curious if this could be a “show” or just normal spotting after sweep. Thanks!
