I’m trying to lose weight in my stomach area and keep my butt and thighs the same way but I don’t know how I go to the gym and go on the stair master for 12 minutes and then I do crunches with a 25 plate I do 3 sets 20 reps then I go on the bike for 10 minutes. After I go work on my arms and then my thighs/butt

Any tips?
