myth or true??

so I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and I have a toddler at home and as of late he has been soo naughty and when I get onto him he gets "all up in his feelings" and cries unconsollably. My mom and aunts say he is acting out bc baby #2 will be here soon and he can "feel it" has anyone experienced this with their LO??

My daughter has been an absolute turd for the last 2 days. I've been contracting on and off all day and lost 2 huge pieces of my mucus plug. I'm kinda hoping it's true. I'm exhausted 😂

Personally, I’d say just normal toddler behavior rather than some superstition. Toddlers are typically clueless about what is really going on with pregnancy/new baby coming soon.

nope not true for my kids at all. none of my kids came on their own and my 2nd was up my butt the whole last 3 months with my 3rd. my 3rd is now been up my butt for the last 2 weeks and baby is still baking.

I'm actually going through this now, my 2 yr old will behave but at certain he thinks hes grown and I'll tell him stop or its dangerous and he starts crying for no reason, throwing temper tantrums. he even does this if I'm just talking with his 9 or 6 yr old brother (he thinks I'm only his) everyone says its terrible 2s and no its not he knows but I try to tell him he will always get  mommies love too he calms down for a little than back at it to get my attention. my older boys like their time to play, so lately i put him in my room and we spend lots of time(we do this regardless but i know he needs it and ill continue it after baby's born) we watch cartoons in my bed and we eat snacks and dance or I'll sing to him. he talks to me we read etc. we relax and hell snuggle up under  me. Its working do far so I hope it continues. when she is born I'm going to let him help so he feels good I did this with my 6 yr old and it helped.

It doesn’t mean they’ll be here soon , but they do act out when they know mommy has another baby due . My 2 yr old acts out most of the day ( only at home ) & clings to me the rest of the day and he’s done it my whole pregnancy .

On my end it has been true , but it’s been my little brother & his 1 year’s old & he has been off the chain , crying & whining .. My aunt said the same thing he can “ sense “ a new baby .
