VOLLEYBALL & TAMPONS FOR FIRST TIMERS!
I am a 15 year old girl about to try out for the JV Volleyball team. I always use pads for my period but I have been told most players wear tampons. How should I insert it and is it even a good idea? I just want everything I could possibly know about tampons. Please and thank you. I am confused about what I should do.
