Losing wieght and TTC
Hey Ladies!
For the last few months I have been working on losing weight and as of yesterday I am 20lbs down! Wahoo! My goal in the long term is about 90lbs. I started at 295 May 1. Also with me trying to lose weight, we are trying to conceive. I already have irregular cycles but they have been really irregular since I started losing weight. It will balance out again right? Also should I put one before the other? Lose weight then get pregnant or get pregnant and stay healthy? I think I need to focus on my weight then get pregnant but we want both things like right now. Ugh. Also I am afraid it will take too long or I will just gain the weight right back. Any ladies have experience with this or insight?
