Embarrassing but I’ve gained 40 lbs and I’m 33+4 today

I’ve only gained about 5 lbs but I started my pregnancy pretty overweight. My doctor isn’t concerned about the low weight gain as the baby is growing quite well.

I lost 20 pounds in the first trimester and have gained about 23 since then so total of 3

I gained 25lbs and I'm 30+4

I've gained 18 so far which is the most I've ever gained.  with both my girls I only gained 10 pounds the whole pregnancy.  I'm expecting a boy this time.
