Is it normal that since last night my hands/fingers feel just as swollen as my feet?

Im feeling them a bit numb and just fat fingers , I am 37 weeks pregnant

If they don’t go down after upping your water intake and resting a lot, then definitely tell your midwife/doctor. Swelling in the hands and feet are pre-eclampsia symptoms. 
Take note if you start seeing weird black spots/floaties in your version, really bad headaches, and/or pain in your upper right abdomen.

It can be, what I do when that happens is start drinking and much water as I possibly can stand.  In a few hours it clears it right up or makes it almost normal.

I’m 36w tomorrow and I’ve had hands and fingers as fat as my feet and ankles for the last 2 months, look like puddings and ache to bend them, just down to heat and excess fluid so I’m told but if concerned speak to your midwife x
