2 Month Old | Bedtime
Hi all!
I’ve heard it said that putting babies to bed earlier helps them sleep longer, because it decreases the risk of them becoming overtired.
What time do/did you put your 2 month old to bed?
My husband and I have been hovering around 10/10:30p - but I’m wondering if we should push it back a little bit.
