Any ideas what this is? I get a lot of ingrown hairs

That’s exactly what it looks like to me lol, an ingrown hair. If I don’t shave down there regularly, I get them. I usually just find the hair and pluck it out. Takes a good day or two but it will go down/ heal up after that. Nothing to be worried about, not sure how other people avoid them but I just shave every 2-3 days.
