I seriously need help
I am 10 weeks 4 days today and so far my whole first trimester I have been so exhausted. Like I used to wake up early and exercise now I'm sleeping in. I go to work and I'm tired by 11:30. I don't know what I should do to get my energy. I know when I used to work out before I was pregnant it would always give me energy but even the thought of working out even going for a walk just sounds horrible LOL
QUESTION----> what are you ladies doing 2 overcome this fatigue?? I'm avoiding caffeine and I feel like I'm getting adequate rest. I just can't seem to shake this exhaustion. And I feel so bad because it makes me not want to clean house and cook dinner. Well that and the fact that nothing sounds good to eat but I just feel like I'm so useless lately
