Calling all women who came off depo

I was on depo for 7 years straight. no periods! life was good!! 😂 but I came off of it last March and with in 6 months everything regulated. Started ttc about two months ago and I am now 5 days late and the test I took 2 days ago said negative. Then last night I had bleeding during sex so I figured I was just late but I haven't bled at all today. Has anyone else has ever had this issue after coming off depo? or is mother nature just playing with my emotions!
