Bleeding with mild cramps like a period HELP!!!!!

I am 6 weeks according to the ER. I am bleeding it goes from red to light pink. I also feel like my stomach is stretching. Should I worry?? Has anyone every bled consistent and had a successful pregnancy. ? I don’t get to see my baby until the 10th please help
