Have you ever used a vaginal birth control ring? What was it like?

I had the Mirena for five years and it was absolutely amazing. People are scared of them and always told me to be careful but as long as your get regular check ups and know your body/cycle you’ll know what to look out for. 
Idk if this is TMI, but I changed BC to the Nuvaring the day after I had the iud removed and for the last two months my vagina has been sore and irritated so much so that the first time I had sex on it it caused several cuts down there and it two over two weeks to heal.
So basically in my case the nuvaring worked great because I couldn’t even have set with it. 😂😂 but now I need to find a new form of BC.

I loved it, didn’t have to remember a pill every day, no spotting between periods, periods were lighter when I did have them. With that being said though, I’m now pregnant with my Nuva ring baby 😳

I’ve used the Mirena for 5 years. It wasn’t a “ring”. lol. But it did the same thing. 
My opinion on it? It was amazing and I would do it again. Best birth control EVER.

Lots of bleeding and I felt very short of breath all the time. Hated that thing.
