Okay so there are some post on here about it but I wanted to make my own and get some up to date opinions and stories if anyone has any . I’m not opting out of an epidural but I want it as my absolute last resort . My hospital has a tub for relaxation as well as laughing gas. I included in my birth plan that I want those options, has anyone ever used them ? What was your experience. Not your research because I’ve read the good bad and the ugly , I want experiences from either yourself or someone close just for insight 😬🙂
