Weight advice?
Hey girlies! I am 15 years old, 5 feet tall, and roughly 110 pounds. I know that my BMI says I’m the healthy weight for a girl my age, but I can’t help but feel that I have a lot of face fat and extra body fat. Maybe it’s just the period talking, but I sometimes feel like I’m too heavy. What are some things a young person like me can do to lose some weight? Being bloated and having cramps definitely isn’t helping right now lol.❤️
