I am bipolar, and suffer from depression. It was manageable when I was on my meds but I’d still have my days. I was institutionalized once for being suicidal and being severely depressed. I am pregnant right now and can’t take my meds, I’ve been trying hard to manage and think of the life I am providing for, and trying to be strong that way, but my depression is literally grabbing me by the throat and burying my face in the dirt. I truly don’t know what to do.
