If dating involved a phone interview....
What would the screening question be? A friend of mine who does a lot of hiring (and who is married) said that if she faced online dating these days, she'd probably approach it like a job hiring process: maybe you like someone's profile, but you set up a phone screen before meeting them in person to see if it's going to be a waste of time or not.
We cracked ourselves up thinking about putting prospective dates through the standard phone screen:
"What interests you about the role of boyfriend? What do you think you'd most enjoy about being in a relationship with me?"
"What previous experience would you bring to this role?"
"Tell me about a time you had a conflict in your relationship, how did you deal with it?"
"Why did you leave your last relationship?"
"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
...Actually, I'm starting to think this might not be so crazy. It would save a lot of time.
What questions would you ask, if dating were like job interviews?
