Pregnant while passing clots?!

Is it possible to bleed light/heavy while passing clots and still be pregnant? 
If you experienced this tell me your story... I’m interested.

My sister had that 5 whole months of her pregnancy like a period every month clots and all she only lost the baby at 7 months because of a car accident

Are you pregnant ? If so I would go to a doctor , when it comes to this question it’s like a 50/50 because it could be a hemorrhage or it could be a miscarriage, but if you are please get help
