Question about bold lipsticks and judgement..

I recently bought this dark purple lipstick that I absolutely love but I’ve worn it twice and both times I could tell my family was judging me for it, my sister was laughing at me and it just made me feel self conscious and annoyed that I can’t wear something I like without being made fun of.

I never judge my sisters or mum for what they wear so they shouldn’t do it to me. It’s pretty far from what I usually wear, I don’t usually wear lipsticks and my clothing style is always light colours, rarely something so dark. How do you deal with judgment on these type of things?
