Last week I went in for my first appointment at 10+4, and they couldn't find the heartbeat. The midwife was super chill about it, but it freaked me out, so I scheduled an ultrasound because anxiety is a bitch. So we went in today at 11+5, and everything was fine! Baby had a heartbeat of 176 and was wiggling and bucking around. I was so certain something would be wrong, and I know there are WAY more negative and scary posts on here, I wanted to make sure to say that sometimes it turns out just fine! Baby was even measuring two days ahead :)
