I’m going to the pool on Saturday and I take my pills at 12 and I read that I’m supposed to keep the pills at a certain temperature and i don’t want take the pills if it needs to be at a certain temperature. is it okay if I take the one pill I need in a ziplock bag and take it at 12 instead of the whole pack or can I take it early at 10 instead.
