I had a short cervix my first pregnancy, not enough for progesterone or anything but still was told no sex etc. it was 3.7 at 8 weeks and won't be checked again until the 8th of Aug. I've been cramping, NOTHING bad. just little light cramps. and now I'm so worried. I don't want to feel it, because I don't want to irritate it. also, I've been so constipated and I pushed a little, not too hard, but now I'm worried I pushed the baby down. which, I know, sounds insane. someone reassure me! lol
