Any one have any ways to encourage the baby to come down into the pelvis. I am already 3cm and 50% but at -3 station and the Dr feel i would go fast if he would just come down since he is my 4th kid. I have been having contractions everyday all day most of the time 2 to 4 min apart and 80% of the time are painful but aren't changing the cervix because he is so high. I do walk as much as I can but currently have a back injury with sciatica so have to watch how much i do. I use the medicine ball to help open the pelvis just becoming so burnt out and I have never been impatient being pregnant just never been in labor for over a week and it will be at least 12 days before they will induce. thanks for any help
