Finally get to share mine and Josie story

Came to the hospital at 6:30. Didn’t start pitocin and everything until 7:30ish. When i came in i was 3 cm dilated and 50-70% effaced . By 1 i went to 6 cm dilated and 100% effaced . Then at 1:30 went to 7 cm dilated . At that point i couldn’t take the pain anymore so got an epidural . Didn’t even feel the needle or anything for that matter . By 4 i was at 10 cm dilated and 1 station. Tried to get baby down naturally and finally got to +3 station at 6:10. Pushed for an hour and she was out by 7:10 at 8 lb 1.8 ounces . Didn’t feel any pain only got tired from pushing . People make inducing sound scary but my experience was good and got baby here safe and healthy 🙌🏽contractions did kill but once i got the epidural i was feeling great . I just needed pitocin for a kickstart then my body did all the rest
