Anyone tell me what you see the tech woman said she thinks she seen a second yolk sac??

Went for my ultrasound the tech said she thought she seen second yolk sac didn’t say anything else I don’t see the doctor until next week for second ultrasound they wanted me to repeat ultrasound due to not hearing heart beat yet I was exactly 6 weeks at that ultrasound. Can anyone tell me if not hearing heartbeat then is normal or if u see anything other than one feta l pole and sac? Thanks so much for any info and god bless!
