My boss hit on me?!
Okay, so tomorrow is my last day at a job I adore and have been with for a year (literally my 1 year was the 25th, last day is the 27, which is technically "today" but still.) and my boss at said job is only 2 years older than me and SMOKING HOT. He's funny, brilliantly smart, passionate about his career goals, a child at heart, an adult when he needs to be, always knows how to cheer me up, a wonderful listener, literally a dream guy. And I've been basically his work wife for this past year. I somehow worked my way into being the "secretary" of our department. But I have to move for life reasons and can't stay there. He's also about to graduate college and leave said job as well to be a physical therapist. So we talk, A LOT. Our desks are right next to each other and we spend a lot of tim at our desks. I've had a crush on him for the better part of my year there. Tonight we were texting and this happened???

He then made a joke about "not wanting to be in a polygamous relationship with his cousin" (we have a joke that I'm married to his female cousin who is apparently a lot like me in the anxiety and dorkiness department). But still. I can't tell if he's hitting on me or not???? He changed the subject shortly after this bit in the conversation so nothing else was said about it. Opinions???
***update***
So my last day is over, and he bought me some presents. Fairly not cheap presents. 10 canvases, 24 acrylic paints, and a pack of brushes. He knows my hobbies and interests and knew I hadn't been able to paint in over a year. Hes also wrote a very cute note in a card for me that made me cry, very hard. Even my ex (we're friends still) is telling me to go for it... I'm thinking about giving it a day or two and asking him to dinner or coffee...
***update #2***
I think I'm gonna do it. It's probably the stupidest idea I could have come up with and despite this logic I'm gonna do it. Or I'm leaning towards it. But I'd like some advice. Does this sound reasonable?
"Hey, (name), this is a shot in the dark, but I don't think it's any secret I've had feelings for you for a while. I know you're busy a lot and that you don't limke things getting personal. And I won't be hurt if you say no or if you're not interested. But would you like to get coffee or something?"
***update #3***
I did it. I'm freaking out. waiting for a reply. He's usually busy so it could be a while. Seriously y'all. Who let me have a job with an attractive boss.
***final update***
He said no. Which I'm okay with. Just glad to have it off my chest.
