Looks like heat rash to me, just try not to let her get too sweaty and it will go away

My girls looks exactly the same but it’s on her chin. Doc said it was from milk dribble. With his so much higher up, I’m assuming it’s not from that but the bumps are identical and doc wasn’t concerned. I’d still ask about it for sure but wouldn’t stress it too much in the meantime. Looks like it could be baby acne, it's quite common and generally just goes away on it's own, so no need to see a doctor. But follow your instincts, if y9u think you need to see a doctor then go, they're generally pretty happy to see a baby to check any concerns.
