When does the sleep regression end?!

My son goes to sleep at 7:30pm and USED to sleep until 7. Then it moved up to 6-6:15 around 16 months. Then he turned 18 months and now he wakes up between 5-5:30 every morning. He is 19 months today. Will it ever go back to 6????

The same started happening with us. I moved his bedtime back 45 minutes and that has helped!

Unless he’s crying and upset, id let him just hang out and have quiet time until the desired wake up time. Also, it’s getting light where I am right now by 5:30, so if it’s getting bright in his room that might be causing the earlier wake ups. You could look into blackout curtains if that’s a possibility.

I have no advice and no positive news to give you ! sorry. only sympathy as this is exactly what we have been going through for a long while (3 weeks of 5 .30 wake ups). going to bed early or late doesn't change a damn thing. I'm hoping it will pass but it doesn't seem like it. good luck .

I let my 19 month old go to sleep at 9pm he wakes up at 8am on time to take his sister to school!

We are going through the same thing! I’ve tried later naps, and later bedtimes and that is not helping! I’m so so so tired.
