I'm 4w3d and am experiencing intermittent nausea and painful gas.

Diarrhea, burping a lot, some mild heart burn and a general empty stomach feeling, low appetite and so super tired!!!!

Definitely the pinching in my uterus! my flatulence has been terrible the last few days and it never is bad. that's what prompted me to test because I had stopped tracking everything. I am definitely more hungry and tired.

Burping!!! 😜 Gas pains, constipation, afternoon nausea, headaches (I believe from going from 4 cups to 1 cup of coffee a day haha), and smell aversions.  Mostly GI stuff!
