Im 23+3 weeks pregnant. yesterday i came down with the flu really bad and didn’t get really any food or liquids because i couldn’t keep anything down. I woke up feeling better but still not great because my head really hurts. Just now i experienced a really weird pain through out my whole stomach and mid to lower back that lasted about 2 minutes. Im a FTM so i have no idea if this is normal or what. It felt like cramping but it also felt like my whole stomach was contracting? What exactly do braxton hicks feel like and how do i know if they are? Should i go to the hospital is baby in danger?
