So some time ago my doctor told me that I couldn’t take any kind of estrogen-based birth control because I experienced a brief string of Migraines with Auras. Now that I’m going off to college and have a chance of having an intimate relationship, I’d like to start BC relatively soon. Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience and what you did instead? Do you think my doctor’s word is still valid since it’s been years since I had an aura?
