Is there something wrong?

I’ve been on my period and on the second day of it my vag started itching but like down there where the blood comes out and I thought it would go away if I took and shower and it was fine for a bit but then it started again after about 30 minutes, now it’s day 6 of my period and my period stopped so I was cleaning it and now it hurts and itches a lot, I don’t know what to do, please help?

Edit: so It still itches and it feels inflamed, the last time i did something sexual with a boy was two weeks ago and it started itching 5 days ago
