5 weeks 3 days

went in for an early scan today because I was having some cramping. All I saw was the gestational sac. No yolk sac no fetal pole just the sac. Is that normal? I'm so scared of something going wrong I just want everything to be okay. Ive been so paranoid this pregnancy since it's my third pregnancy already this year. First was a missed miscarriage second was a chemical pregnancy. Everything cramp twinge I freak out. I don't really have any symptoms so that scares me. Hopefully for some help easing my mind about just seeing the sac.
