5 weeks 18 years old

Idk what to do, I just found out that I am with child. I got pregnant in June found out a few days ago, I’ve always wanted a baby and I was told that I could never have one and the same was said to my boyfriend but here I am pregnant with his baby, we’re both excited but I’m going to college and he told me he isn’t ready, I really don’t know what to do, I’m scared that If I get an abortion I’ll ruin my chances for another when I’m ready but I also don’t want to ruin a child’s life with parents who aren’t ready. It’s really killing me and I cry about it mostly because of the hormones running through my body. I just need help… 😞
